Friday's Weight

This morning I weighed in at 137.6, up a pound from last week.  Let me tell you, I earned every bit of that pound ha ha!  On Wed I made 2 loaves of zucchini bread and 12 banana bread muffins.  I think I ate half of the banana muffins on Wed and almost an entire loaf of zucchini bread on Thursday, whoops.  It was tasty.

Perhaps I will try harder next week and even exercise some?

Friday Morning Weigh In

I weighed in on Friday at 136.6 which is up 0.4 pounds from 2 weeks ago.  I haven't exercised all that much recently and I haven't done any super healthy eating or counting calories, still just eating what I feel like when I am hungry.  I would love to be 135 but that's only a pound away :)

I'm still not sure I want to be in weight loss mode, so maybe just the 1 pound.

No official weigh in

So last Friday I wasn't able to do an official weigh in since I was on vacation until about noon that day.  I ate breakfast in the morning and when I came home, I stepped on the scale when hopping in the shower and was at 136.8, not bad for just getting back from a week of treats and having had breakfast.  While I did eat junk food, I also just had cereal for breakfast every day and my sister-in-law and I took turns making dinner at our units so I didn't eat out except once and it was a salad.

I did also go hiking nearly every day and I did a long hike carrying Mikey on Monday morning for a few hours, a children's hike with my 2 older kids on Tuesday and a longer hike on Wed carrying Mikey the whole way up while my brother carried him down.  Plus I went up and down the stairs a gazillion times and Justin wasn't there most of the time so I had all of the child care to do which is a lot of calories burned.

Friday Morning Weigh In

This morning I weighed in at 136.2.  If you know me at all by now, you know that I will not stand for unexplained weight gain and I work really hard to make it go away.  Last week I was at 138.8 and in the next few days I kept going up and topped off at 139.8, and that is the absolute highest I ever want to get now that I love being in the 130's.  Plus, tomorrow starts a week long vacation up at Snowbird and I don't want to start out super high so that I can splurge some.

So, I started exercising, a lot!  On Monday my older kids were gone to a cousin sleepover so Mikey and I went on a long stroller walk and jog for an hour and went 4 miles.  Then Tuesday I woke up early and ran and walked 4.7 miles in an hour.  Then on Wednesday I was going to exercise but a friend showed up so I only ended up walking pretty slowly with her and went 1.3 miles.  Then on Thursday morning I took my son on another walk/run and we went for 2.6 miles.  Then in the evening I went running about a mile with my daughter while she practiced riding her 2 wheeler around the block 3 times which is 0.3 miles each time around. 

I'm glad that I worked so hard and I still even ate treats this week :)  This next week is going to be super fun and super busy since my husband can't come up to Snowbird now that he has to work so I will be single mom on vacation, aahhhh.  Plus I will get home on Friday and go on an overnighter to Heber with my R.S. sisters and then to Wicked with my sisters and then to my grandma's 80th birthday party, whew!  Have a great week.
