Since I knew I was taking a break, I have really taken a break! As a result, the weight has started to pile on and I really need to buckle down and cut down on the sweets! So, today is starting my non-sweets day and hopefully will continue at least during the week days.
In some ways I really like losing weight and staying accountable. However, when I give myself a little break, I ALWAYS go overboard and eat waaaaaaay more than I should. In some ways, I wonder if these ups and downs are really good for me and the answer is probably not. If only I could find a good balance where I didn't feel so deprived of so many foods so I didn't gorge on them during my breaks. Still working on the answer to this one......
