Friday Morning Weigh In

Last Friday I was 137.2, up a pound from the week before but I have not eaten well or exercised consistently in forever.  The day before my birthday (Monday) I was at 135.6.  I keep wondering when this crazy weight will go back up but so far, it stays down.  This morning I was back in the 136's again so who knows? 

I am thinking of taking a break from this blog.  It doesn't seem that anyone even reads these posts and we are heading into the holiday season which means treats at every turn and yummy food.  My plan is to stay below 140 for the holidays and that gives me 3-4 pounds of wiggle room to eat what I really want to eat.  Last year I only ended up gaining 3 pounds over the holidays and was proud I didn't gain too much. 

See everyone next January maybe???!!

  1. No! I read it! Don't cancel it, you inspire me! I am struggling so much...four kids in 7 years has put a damper on weight loss. I can't seem to find the time to work out unless I give up sleep, and I don't feel ready for that yet when I only get five hours anyway. Then there is the thyroid issue...sigh...when I read your blog it gives me hope that I can weight that one day, too. I have about twenty pounds to go, but reading this lets me see what I can do to prepare myself mentally to get there. I admire you for working hard at reaching your goal and then maintaining it! THAT'S HARD WITH KIDS!!! Way to go! You should be proud of yourself!
