So this morning I weighed in at 155.2, going in the wrong direction. I did indulge some this week, but not 3 pounds worth for sure and I exercised twice this week. Not sure what my body is doing but it's not making much sense. However, I am not going to stress right now with the holidays here. I will go full force in January. I am also having some cramping so maybe my body is still adjusting? I remember after having Mikey I exercised and ate well and I gained weight for a few months before finally starting to lose, and it wasn't during the holidays where I was even indulging. Oh well, Merry Christmas!
