Break for Christmas

So, I am taking a break until January when I go full force to lose weight and be healthy.  My goal right now is to not go above 155 and then I'll have 15 pounds until my baby weight is gone, and then ideally another 5-10 beyond that.  See you all on January 3rd.  Merry Christmas!

P.S.  Kate, the fact that you are losing weight during the Christmas season astounds me, truly.

  1. It helps that I don't live close to family which means less parties and occasions to over-eat. I am now going to be working on maintaining since I'm leaving soon to head north to be with family for the holiday. I wish us both luck and can't wait to put it all out there starting January 1!
