So Friday morning I weighed in at 142.4, which is down 1.6 pounds, yipee! I ate really really well on Thursday and exercised as best as I could with my back hurting and I finally got rid of the weight that wouldn't budge all week. The funny thing is I ate crap all day Friday and still lost weight this morning (Saturday) but I think it's because I really had lost more weight than was showing during the week on the scale so a day of bad eating didn't undo it all. However, I am planning to eat well today and tomorrow (with a Sunday night dessert) so as not to have the whole weekend off and keep going!
I really really want to consistently see the 130's on the scale and I'm so close :)
