This morning I weighed in at 136. This is up 0.4 pounds from last week and I honestly thought I would weigh in higher since I haven't eaten well this week. I did however start exercising more and exercised Mon-Wed. I would've exercised on Thursday but I was literally on the go all day long from 7 AM - 9:30 PM. How are you doing?
