This morning I weighed in at 140.8. I think I'm doomed to never reach the 130's and stay there! Oh well. This week I tried to eat well most days but on Wednesday I didn't (and I didn't exercise, which was the first time I didn't on a weekday in about 2 months!) and it seemed to undo the rest of the week! Here's to next week I guess!
One of the reasons I am struggling with really following the healthy living plan is that I like how I look at 140. If I get smaller, it's great, but I don't feel that I look fat at 140. Hmmmm, however in order to eat crazy on vacations in May, I will have to lose a little more to be able to gain it back and be where I want to be still. You see, it makes sense eh?
