By the Way

After last week's weigh in I went up to 138.2 and decided to make a new program losing 1 pound a week lasting about 8 weeks and finishing up on March 30th. When I say in my post below that I lost 2.6 pounds, this is from the 138.2 weight, not the 137.6 weight, in which case I lost 2 pounds this last week :)
