I ate so much candy that I finally feel ready to start going towards my goal whole heartedly tomorrow. I will weigh in tomorrow and give a starting weight and measurements and go from there. We are done with birthdays and major holidays for quite some time so I'm excited to get back on the weight loss/healthy eating bandwagon. I'm excited!!
So I gave myself a little treat and didn't count calories yesterday. I didn't go overboard but the few treats I did have gave me the biggest tummy ache. Guess I'll be joining you this week to make up for my terrible weekend.
