I was going to wait until after Easter to start eating well, but I have been eating not so well lately and I need it stop. The best way for me to stop eating badly is to try and lose weight. I am still looking for that balance to eat well and maintain so when I'm hungry I just eat more healthy stuff instead of bad stuff. Once I am forever in maintenance mode which I hope is soon, I hope to be able to achieve that.
Anyway, in order to allow myself to eat goodies all weekend with Easter festivities, I really want to eat well now and feel better. So, starting today I am going to go back into weight loss mode with more exercise and healthy eating choices.
My starting weight this Monday morning is 137.
