Well, my weigh in this morning was 137.4, just 0.2 pounds under my maintenance goal and 7.4 pounds to go until my goal weight of 130. Here are my measurements this morning and how they compared to my measurements of February 17, 2012.
Neck – 12 inches – same
Chest 34 inches – down 0.5
R Upper Arm – 11.5 inches – up 0.25
Forearm – 9.5 inches – same
Chest – 34 inches – down 0.5
Waist – 30.5 inches – same
Hips – 34 inches – same
Thigh - 22 inches – up 0.25
Calf – 14.75 inches – same
I will plan to lose 1 pound a week, hopefully more, and be done in 7 weeks. That would put my goal date at Friday, May 25, 2012.
Here I go!!
