So yesterday was one of those days where I should've maintained my weight and possibly even lost a little bit but I gained a ton, 1.4 pounds from the day before.
I did not eat super well and enjoyed many foods and was still under 2000 calories. Then I had a massive headache in the evening so I had a granola bar and some hot chocolate to try and see if a little caffeine would help (but it didn't, just rest and meds).
I wore my bodybugg and burned close to 2400 calories and consumed 2200 calories and I gained 1.4 pounds, boo.
I won't lie, my weigh in tomorrow will not be a loss and not be great at all :)
